Immune Booster – Herbal Tea
The herbs for this blend have been carefully chosen for the support of your immune system when under stress. Your best choice for hydration and nourishment during the cold weather season.
Brewing Recommendation:
1. Heat 1-2 cups of water to 100°C.
2. Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea into a tea strainer.
3. Pour water over herbs and steep for 7-10 mins. Remove tea strainer and herbs. Sweeten with honey or our Elderflower Syrup if desired. Enjoy warm or hot.

Last week the family around me was falling sick and I could feel it coming on too. This Mama had to pray hard she wouldn’t succumb so that she could do what mamas do best – make chicken soup for the sick. Anyway, I went immediately to this tea, and brewed pot after pot, sweetening it with Dini’s Elderflower syrup for an added boost. It’s all I drank for two days till the craziness passed. The family got their chicken soup, and I got all the tea. 😉
