Cough & Cold Care – Herbal Tea
When that cold weather season is upon us again with sniffles, coughs and sore throats… And you are longing for a soothing, yummy tasting way to provide your body with the extra fluids and the needed nourishment, Cough & Cold Relief has you covered.
Brewing Recommendation:
1. Heat 1-2 cups of water to 100°C.
2. Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea into a tea strainer.
3. Pour water over herbs and steep for 7-10 mins. Remove tea strainer and herbs. Sweeten with honey or our Elderflower Syrup if desired. Enjoy warm or hot.
Drink 3-4 cups daily.
Contains: Thyme, Fennel, Mullein, Elderflowers, Elderberries, Linden Flowers, Marshmallow root
