Sleep Tight – Herbal Tea
After a long day to relax – with a memory of the lavender fields of the Provence.
Brewing Recommendation:
1. Heat 1-2 cups of water to 100°C.
2. Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea into a tea strainer.
3. Pour water over herbs and steep for 5-10 mins. Remove tea strainer and herbs. Sweeten if desired. Enjoy warm or over ice.
